The Lazarus Ministry was established in 1989 when there seemed to be an obvious need for support when death calls a member of the parish family. Since inception, assigned members have functioned in over 650 occasions of death of parishioners. We are a volunteer-based group who assists family members and friends who have just experienced the death of a loved one. Our group helps with the arrangements of visitors by providing housing and transportation as well as assisting with any assignments the family may need. All those interested or in need of additional information please contact: Josephine Cicalese at 732- 350-5001 between 8:30 and 4:30 Monday through Friday |
